We offer flexible retainer options where you can book our team's time in increments of 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 4 weeks per month.
- How does the retainer model work?
With our retainer model, you book a set number of days each month for our dedicated tech team to work on your project. This ensures you have guaranteed time with our experts every month, tailored to your needs.
- How will I be billed?
You will be billed monthly based on the number of days you have booked for that month. Billing is done via Direct Debit.
- What is the length of the commitment?
Our retainer model operates on a rolling monthly basis with no long-term commitment required. You can adjust your retainer each month based on your needs.
- Can I cancel my engagement?
Yes, you can cancel your engagement with 30 days’ notice.
- What happens if I need more or fewer days?
You can adjust the number of days you book each month. If you need more days, you can increase your retainer. If you need fewer days, you can reduce it for the following month.
- How do we start the process?
We start with an initial consultation to understand your needs and create a Product Requirements Document (PRD). From there, we schedule the agreed number of days for our team to begin working on your project.
- What happens after the initial work is completed?
After the initial work, we offer ongoing support and maintenance as part of your retainer. This includes new features, bug fixes, security updates, and package updates.
- How is communication handled?
We provide regular check-ins and updates via email. For more intensive engagements, we offer real-time communication through Slack Connect.
- Who owns the Intellectual Property (IP) rights?
You own the IP rights for all code and deliverables. We have access to the code for maintenance and support purposes.
- Who owns the code?
You own the code, and it is kept in our repositories. We will transfer full ownership of the code to you upon request or at the end of your engagement term.
- How is hosting managed?
We manage all hosting, which is billed separately. Hosting costs are passed on to you without markup.
